WINNIPEG RIVER HERITAGE MUSEUM

The Winnipeg River Heritage Museum explores the significance of the Winnipeg River and its impact on the history of Canadian settlement. The stunning new building, located in St. Georges, Manitoba, was designed by Cibinel Architecture and houses over 8,500 square feet of exhibit space. Duties for exhibit creation included content development and copywriting, historic image scanning and retouching, professional interpretive panel design, cost estimating and overseeing signage fabrication. The exhibit is presented in French, English and Ojibwe. This gallery was developed with direction from the St. Georges Historical Society Inc. Board of Directors and in partnership with HTFC Planning and Design. 2023
