Mennonite Heritage Village

An extensive interpretive signage project at Mennonite Heritage Village in Steinbach, Manitoba, refreshed and replaced signage completed in the early 2000s with updated content, using modern direct-print-to-metal techniques. The design process included adhering to identity standards and working closely with curators and editors to ensure proper word count and best outcome for historic images, including extensive photo retouching. Best typographic practices were employed for accessibility and coordination of print and delivery services were included. Eighteen signs were completed along with an updated site guide for visitor navigation. 2022–2024
